I was on a flight from UK going back to India to Bangalore because thats where i came from. It was a small plane but it was somewhat a normal flight and I was seated near the wings. Then it came to land but it was a slightly bumpy landing and I realised that the plane had landed on a road not the runway and had to taxi to the airport through the roads which where not very wide. But as the plane moved through the roads I could see the front and side of the plane and I was telling people to move out of the way . Some who saw the plane moved out but the plane was moving fast that it hit many people. As it is moving through the streets it looks like the streets i used to frequent when I was living there even though they are not near the airport. After hitting a few people and coming to a stop and we get out and there is a crowd and reporters who are interviewing people. I try to push the plane away with help from someone but as I touch the plane I can feel the blood of the people on the wings on my hands. And through the reporter asking me questions I realised that 12 people have died. Might have gone for longer but thats when I woke up.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences, weaving together elements from our waking lives in profound, sometimes surreal ways. Your dream about flying back to India, experiencing a bumpy landing, and witnessing an accident can be interpreted through various lenses—emotional, psychological, and cultural.
Flight as a Symbol of Journey and Transition: Your dream begins with a flight from the UK to India, symbolizing a journey. This could reflect significant changes or transitions in your life, potentially relating to your identity, belonging, or emotional state. The flight, particularly the fact that you were returning "home," suggests a desire for connection to your roots or a reflection on experiences living abroad.
Small Plane and Unconventional Landing: The small plane represents a more personal, perhaps fragile aspect of your journey—not just physically, but emotionally. The challenge of the bumpy landing hints at turbulence or challenges you might be facing in your life. Landing on a road rather than a runway suggests a departure from conventional paths or societal expectations. Perhaps you're feeling like your current life trajectory is not conventional or that you're navigating through uncharted territories.
Emergency and Collision: As the plane taxis and hits people, consider this a reflection of fears or anxieties about unintentionally harming others or impacting your surroundings. This may stem from personal guilt, the pressure of responsibility for those around you, or even the fear of repercussions from your actions. The streets you recognized could symbolize familiarity in a time of chaos, hinting at unresolved issues or memories that affect your present emotions and decisions.
Blood and Guilt: The visceral experience of feeling blood on your hands signifies a deep emotional burden. Blood in dreams often relates to life, death, and the consequences of one's actions. This imagery could represent feelings of guilt or fear stemming from something in your waking life—perhaps decisions you’ve made that have impacted others negatively, intentionally or unintentionally. The realization of the loss of life may symbolize deeply felt regrets or anxieties regarding how your actions may affect those you care about.
Crowds and Attention: The presence of crowds and reporters indicates a keen awareness of public perception and potential judgement. This could reflect a fear of exposure or scrutiny regarding your life choices. Being interviewed suggests a desire to explain yourself or justify your actions, highlighting your possible feelings of vulnerability or insecurity about how others view you.
Overall Analysis: Your dream may be unveiling your inner conflicts about returning home—emotionally or physically—and apprehensions about how your life choices and experiences influence others. It speaks to the struggle of reconciling your past with your present, the impact of those who've been part of your journey, and the metaphorical 'blood' of trauma or regret carried along with you.
